    We provide in-home personal training throughout the Greater Toronto Area (GTA), including downtown, Midtown, North York, Etobicoke, and surrounding neighborhoods. If you're unsure whether we cover your location, feel free to reach out, we're happy to check!

  • 2. What equipment do I need for in-home training?

    No equipment? No problem. Our trainers bring everything you need for a safe and effective workout, from resistance bands and dumbbells to mats and mobility tools. We also make use of whatever equipment you already have at home.

  • 3. Do you offer personal training for beginners or older adults?

    Yes! We specialize in customized training programs for all fitness levels and ages. Whether you're new to exercise, recovering from injury, or looking to improve mobility and strength, we'll tailor your workouts to your needs and goals.

  • 4. What’s the difference between in-home training and studio training?

    In-home training brings the workout to your space; convenient, private, and flexible. Studio training happens in our fully equipped home gym, ideal for clients who don’t have a training space or want access to a wider range of equipment.
